There are still people who underestimate the importance of dreams in Magick so I am going to explain why are dreams really important and how to atually work with them. Consciousness versus unconsciousness There are many ways how to define this but let's just say that your personal reality is split into what you are conscious about and what you are not conscious about. The amount of influence of your conscious and unconscious parts on your life is about 50:50, and of course consciousness also affects your unconsciousness and vice versa. Unconsciousness does a sort of a compensation work for your daily life, it's a very cleverly designed process, but sometimes the fragment of our psyche (usually traumatic one) gets supressed from the conscious and so transfers into your un-c where it becomes more or less autonomous. So, I know I didn't post anything in the while, I was trying to figure out what article I could write, but today something awesome happened to me. It starts boringly with a dream, but keep with me, the end is better. So today I had a dream that one of my horses was lying on his side. I came closer to him to figure out what happened and as I am trying to figure out what is stuck in his chest and then I finally figured it out, that horse had 5 legs. Horse with 5 legs can mean more things, for me personally it is a bad omen, now I will stop describing the dream and tell you what happened in real life. That will be something worth reading. So, today, as I was sitting in the bus to Roudnice, trying to interpret that dream, something extraordinary happened. A couple of yards before my stop the bus crossed the path with a truck and 3 side windows of the bus got scattered, I was sitting right next to the second one and fortunately enough I have noticed what is happening, grabbed my bag ...

Yesterday I had a very strange vivid dream. I have noticed opened gate at my garden and horses nearby so I came to look if none of my horses is gone (this dream was set at night). No horses were missing, in fact there was a new one, an unicorn. Big white unicorn. Sometimes a dust has come out of its horn, making a sort of maze-like pattern in the air, every time it happened this pattern was more and more complex. The unicorn then ran away and when doing so, the dust was forming into animal shapes. The color of the dust was between violet and purple (this color used to be my octarine). I think it really was Posmiol because I am not a guy used to dream about unicorns... plus recently I had created his signature for the purpose of my new book.

What is a dream invocation We have already learned about invocation, so let's talk about one specific branch of this practice, the dream invocation. Dream invocation is a bit misleading term because this practice is more similar to evocations than invocations, except the evoked entity is commanded to appear in your dream, it is invoked into the dream but there appears external to your "dream body". Basic usage Some entities are supposed to give us some information or knowledge. This means we are somehow expected to actually communicate with entities, to exchange information with them. This can be done either through higher senses (clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc) or through tools (mirror, pendulum, ouija board, tarot...). Tools like tarot are too general for the exchange of specific information, pendulum is a bit one-sided and ouija is not suitable for longer communication (plus most of us need at least one another person for ouija to work).
