Home-made paper

Today I will tell you what to do how to create a home made paper together with instructions of creating a virgin-paper.

First of all, you need a mould and deckle for the paper. These are easy to be made at home. You just need few planks and some strong insect-net, but I am sure you will find your way how to create this mould and deckle.

Next step is to get a bowl of water. You can exorcize the water as described in Clavicula Salomonis for the creation of virgin-paper, or you can simply use the water as is.

Put old newspapers into the bowl of water and let there overnight. Next day mix the water with paper well to dissolve all big pieces.
Add finely grounded wheat flour to the bowl and again, mix well. Wheat floor with water creates a nice glue for paper.

Attach deckle to the mould and pour the mixture to it. Wheat flour causes the drying to take a while so wait for next day before removing the paper from the deckle. The end :).

Few notes about virgin-paper:
For paper to be virgin-paper, you have to:

• exorcise the water
• exorcise the wheat-flour
• When paper is done, write EHEIEH ASHER EHEIEH on the top and AIN SOPH on the bottom. Write characters for the parchment on the back of the paper. This is described in Clavicula Salomonis together with prayers to charge the parchment.

Basic fundamentals of hypnosis

I have sent this description to my friend and I thought I could share :).


Well, ok. There are basically three hypnotic states:

• lethargy - body is very relaxed
• catalepsy - body is pretty much stiff, this is a middle stage between lethargy and somnambulism
• somnambulism - subject seems to be waken up, but still is in hypnotic effect. If lucidity awaken within the subject, you got a perfect seer and completely under your control

I will describe just lethargy because other two are dangerous, but don't worry, I will tell you where to find out more.

How to find out if subject is suitable for hypnosis

• Tell your subject to stand with their legs together
• Get behind the subject
• Put your hands on subject's shoulder blades. Don't push, just have your hands there for a while
• Put your hands away. If subject started falling at you, it's a perfect one for hypnosis

How to induce lethargy

• Grab thumbs of the subject with both hands
• Tell the subject to relax
• Look directly at subject's right eye for a while

This should be enough to make subject fall into first hypnotic state, lethargy. You can also enhance effect of this with simple suggestion to fall asleep.

In this state, subject is vulnerable for suggestion, you can tell it to do a dishes after waking up or something like that.

Lethargy is very easy to be noticed, body of subject gets pretty much numb, make sure you sit with the subject so the subject doesn't fall on the floor.

If you want to wake up the subject, just command the subject to wake up. You can also use command to wake up upon clap or something like that.

For the rest, read Papus - Methodical Treatise of Practical Magick. Papus wrote a whole chapter about this kind of hypnosis and backed the concept up with a lot of his experiments.

Deities of Wicca

Wicca teaches about many deities, but they are two main antagonists, male horned god Karnayna and female goddess Aradia.

Other names for Aradia are Great Mother and Diana. Some parts of Wiccan religion speaks about Aradia and Diana as being two separate beings, Aradia being first witch ever and Diana being female goddess but some ritual calls Aradia as Diana and we can also see some similarity in their names: Ara|Dia|na.

Karnayna is associated with Sun and Aradia is associated with Moon. From that we can see male and female aspects of Sun and Moon same as in hermetic tradition, from which a practical part of Wicca is derived.

Aradia as a Great Mother is more popular amongst Wiccans which evokes an idea that Wicca’s Magick system will be a Moon oriented system, but opposite seems to be true.

From the table above we can notice one interesting thing. These sabbats have fixed dates. People a bit interested in Astronomy know that Moon’s cycle takes 28 days so its position is not fixed to our calendar system, which means that Sabbats cannot be based on Moon’s cycle.

In Astrology we calculate influences of 7 main planetary objects named:

• Sun
• Moon
• Mars
• Mercury
• Jupiter
• Venus
• Saturn

These seven planets influence outcome of any Magick spell, charm, ritual. Astro Magicians know their influences and they also know that in case of emergency only Sun and Moon can be taken into consideration. They are still visible so there is no need for ephemeris table that would help us to calculate spell’s horoscope.

From the list above you can notice another interesting thing. There is only one planet in the list that has same effects for certain dates every year. That planet is The Sun, which leads to the conclusion that Wicca is mostly a solar based system.

Is Magick a Satan's doing?

I have met this question so many times that I believe I should share this answer with all of you.

When performing Magick feats, or if you wish "miracles", we use a bit of ourselves that is not limited to our body. Or better said, our spirit commands our soul to leave limitations of body for a bit and cause a change in external reality.

What is spirit and what is soul?
I will explain this in greater extent later in the blog, for now I will say just this.
When fetus is created in the womb, it is spiritless. Spirit usually inhabits the fetus in about the 4th week of pregnancy.

When spirit inhabits the body, bond between spirit and body is created.
This bond helps spirit to stay in the body and control it, but we are too used to the bond that we usually don't use our full range of abilities, we don't use our divinity. This bond is called a soul and it is everything you are in this life. Your mind, your memories, emotions, everything related to this is part of the soul.


Where does Magick come from?
I have already said that Magick is caused by spirit commanding soul to affect external reality. Soul is the product of connection between body and spirit.
So, Magick is caused by spirit, not Satan ;-).

Last question is where the spirit comes from? Spirit is divine, and so is Magick.
