Magickal Alphabet

 I've decided to share my personal magickal alphabet. It is very lightly inspired by the Hebrew alphabet, so it uses mainly consonants; vowels are used only as marks.

Dealing with the current heatwave

 A heatwave has swept across Europe. While we cannot do much with that, we can at least make it a bit more manageable.

To use this spell, you have to charge it first. Hop into a shower and make it as cold as you can withstand. As you adapt to the cold, feel free to make the shower colder.

While in the shower, focus on the cold water flowing around your body. Focus on the feeling of water cooling you down. As you do so, vibrate the following formula: JA MEI ZAMA. Associate the feeling of cold with this formula.

Do the above for a couple of minutes. After that, when you are outside, and you feel too hot, just focus on the feeling you had in the shower and vibrate the formula again.
