Progress with trataka

Yesterday I had my first awaited success with the trataka meditation. I could recall the Antahkarana symbol in the vision, but it didn't have the usual afterimage color this time. Instead, it had the sort of indigo color that is normal for my mind's eye.

I also created another printable symbol that can be used for the trataka, the Sigillum Dei, the Seal of God.

Simple Sumerian Banishing Ritual
